A web-based enterprise document management platform used by thousands of people, rebuilt from the ground up as a cloud-native Platform as a Service on AWS. The stack is .NET Core MVC in C# with PostgreSQL and S3 storage, with full-text search powered by Lucene.Net, in-browser document editing via OnlyOffice, and OCR via Aquaforest. Cyvern built the application's visual system, including the logo, login and splash screens, and the custom icon set used for navigation throughout the app, with matching graphics for the companion desktop applications. It is proven at scale, including a 3,000+ user deployment for Bristol Myers Squibb.

Visual Data Software Corporate Brand & Website

Produced VDS's corporate brand system: a new company logo, enterprise-wide color templates, and a line of product and feature logos and banners for their relaunch. Built XML and HTML banner templates supporting rotation, animation, and logo and text display, and produced print-ready marketing materials, email graphics, and marketing videos.

Apria Healthcare Order Portal

1,300+ users

A web-based marketing-collateral ordering portal for more than 1,300 users. Designed the portal's graphics (banners, buttons, logo, and email templates) and built the collateral in InDesign and Acrobat with dynamic data merge, so users could preview each piece before confirming an order. Ran QA across iPad and desktop browsers and coordinated print-ready PDFs with the printer, tuning margins, bleed, and 2-up and 3-up imposition.

Silverado Senior Living Order Portal

800+ users

A web-based ordering portal for more than 800 users. Created the portal's graphics and worked with Silverado's team to convert their existing collateral, over 200 InDesign documents, into print-ready and editable PDFs that the portal merged for order previews. Performed QA across devices and browsers and coordinated print-ready output with their printer.

Acadia Healthcare DocWarehouse Mobile App

iOS and iPad, TestFlight rollout

Designed and helped ship the DocWarehouse mobile app for iPhone and iPad. Built the full graphic set (32 buttons across 7 themes, backgrounds, login and splash screens, and the app logo, scaled for iPhone 3, 4, 5 and iPad), partnered with the lead iOS developer on requirements, kept the web portal and mobile look consistent, and ran QA and regression testing across releases. Also managed the TestFlight rollout and supported Acadia's marketing team on their devices.

ZynTree

Front-end development, 250+ custom graphics

A mobile and web-based social portal for online scrapbooking blended with genealogy, a VDS client where Cyvern handled much of the development by hand, especially the front end. The product leaned heavily on custom artwork, with more than 250 unique graphics (trees, milestone markers, stars, mailboxes, buttons, logos, and icons) built and tested to work across the web and mobile apps.
